Home About Us Our History

Our History

We proudly continue to grow our heritage, collaborating with our customers to always get better and evolve forward.

Realtime was born from a desire to provide the power delivery industry with a higher level of service than it was currently receiving.

Realtime Utility Engineers was started in 1994 by Robert Strycharske, Realtime’s founder. With the demand for investments in the electric grid increasing as utilities were moving to an out-sourced worker model, the long-term outlook for opportunities serving this industry looked positive. Realtime was created with the following focus:

Our Customers

Build long-term relations where we truly become part of their organization.

Our Employees

Provide solid career opportunities where employees can learn and grow professionally, where they are rewarded and recognized for their effort – but also make work fun.

Our Communities

Play a key role in the transformation to a more reliable and carbon neutral grid while giving back to the communities through our active involvement, and financial support to, local charitable organizations.

Joining forces with Quanta Services in 2006 has only enhanced our ability to deliver the results we strive for every day.
