Our History

Realtime was born from a desire to provide the power delivery industry with a higher level of service than it was currently receiving.

Realtime Utility Engineers was started in 1994 by Robert Strycharske, Realtime’s founder. With the demand for investments in the electric grid increasing as utilities were moving to an out-sourced worker model, the long-term outlook for opportunities serving this industry looked positive.
